Aye, there be spoilers ahead!
Here’s the thing – I’ve been working on aspects of Wildwood Rising for over 2 decades and in that time I’ve accrued hundreds of snippets, notes, plot ideas, sketches, tables, and more – not to mention the multiple versions of the same scenes and, in some cases, entire portions of books or plots or versions of characters I later scrapped.
I’m a spoilerphobe by nature, so the last thing I want to do is share spoilers (big or small) with anyone who wants to avoid them. At the same time, I want to share things that I’m excited about, even if it’s information you haven’t yet received in the course of the chapters I’ve so far released.
That’s where this page comes in 🙂 Here, I’ll share things I’m excited to share, and will mark them based on the severity of the spoiler from minor to DANGER DANGER RUINING A BIG THING AHEAD. I’ll still do my best to keep some things safe from spoilers, some things only available in the reading of the books themselves, but for the rest it will give you a chance to decide if you want to see more or not.
Ideally I’ll move things OFF this page and into other pages once it’s released in the book chapters, but realistically I’ll probably forget and keep everything here. Someday you may go through this page and find lots of things that are no longer spoilers, but at the time of making wildwoodrising.com I’ve only released through I think chapter 4 of Incarnations publicly, which means right now there’s a whole hell of a lot to spoil 😉
